About Us
My name is David Pinegar and I want to tell you a little about myself.
I Started in the flooring business in 1985 as an apprentice working for Pospisil Flooring in Santa Maria. I moved to the San Joaquin Valley in 1988 and worked there for several years installing both Carpet and Pergo Flooring. I got my C-15 Flooring license in 1989 and Pinegar Flooring was born. Since the move back to the 5-Cities in 1999 I have specialized in Hardwood and Laminate flooring. I have taken a number of classes to hone my skills. In 1999 I became an endorsed Pergo installer, In 2000 I completed the Armstrong Certified Installer program, In 2003 I completed the Kährs Konscept Training Program, A European manufacturer, In 2006 I graduated from the Bona Sand and Finish School, I also Graduated from the National Wood Flooring Association NWFA Installation, Sand, and Finish classes.
All of this training, along with a great deal of Safety training, equipped me to be the main Hardwood installer at Shea Home’s, Trilogy Central Coast from the very first model to the very last home I have worked on many projects here on the Central Coast including: Arbor Ridge in Paso, Black Hill Villas in Morro Bay, Celebrations in Santa Maria, Falcon Heights in Lompoc, Harvest Gardens in Santa Maria, La Purisma in Paso, Laurel Creek in SLO, Ladera in SLO, and the Main Installer for most every home in Trilogy Central Coast.
